Roberto is a robot. He is powered with 8 batteries. He can fix things using his tools, can change his feet into wheels, and extend his feet to get a better view. The first episode he was introduced was Roberto the Robot.
His voice actor in Season 3, Nicolas Salgado, also does the voice of Kicho from Go, Diego, Go! and Plum from Blue's Clues. He also appeared in the 2001 Sesame Street video, Elmo's Magic Cookbook with Aleisha Allen who also plays Side Table Drawer from second said show.
