Roja is Kate's dog from the Dora and Friends: Into the City! episode Puppy Princess Rescue.

She is voiced by Isabela Moner. Like Kate, she has a lot of energy and tends to be disobedient. Roja also gets very angry when the Cranky Cats do something wrong, like raising their flag on the royal flagpole in place of the dogs.
