The Garbage Octopus is the main antagonist of Dora Saves the Mermaids. He is a mean octopus who used to dump garbage wherever he goes. His only appearance was in Dora Saves the Mermaids.

History

At first, he was a psychopath who attempted to dump more garbage on the mermaid kingdom and everywhere. When the octopus arrived at the seashell bridge he dumped garbage on it but Dora and Boots cleaned it up with a vacuum from Backpack and crossed the bridge. When he captured Mariana, she informed Dora to put on the magic crown. So Dora turned into a mermaid and cleaned up the garbage on the mermaid kingdom.

After the octopus was overthrown, he realized the error of his ways and straightened up himself, assisting the others clean up.

Trivia

• He possibly hired Swiper to swipe Mariana's magic crown so she can't use it to save her kingdom from all the garbage. However, he turned on him by swiping all the garbage, because Swiper loves the mermaids.
• He is similar to Squidward from SpongeBob SquarePants, except he's purple and has no nose.
